Purenfort Electronic Statistic Purifier ( ESP ) for oH-fume series applies high-voltage electro static particles-removing principle.

Pre-filter with round hole-array stops large particles of oil fume or foreign materials. Ionizer and oil collector are separately designed, hence High-Voltage Saw-Shape stainless steel ionizer can ensure quick ionization, and plate-matrix collector can effectively remove oil particles.

The purifier can be installed outdoors with case water and dust proof capability per IP54 standard. The purifier control circuit is suggested to be linked with exhaust fan to ensure one button power on. Safety switch can help to cut off power when the door is opened to ensure safety. The purifier can be linked to Building Automation System with dry contactors or RS485 per customer requirement for better monitoring.

This purifier is designed for standard kitchen environment. For heavy oil fume places, serials stacking solution is suggested, or add an active carbon module after the purifier.


When the oil fume reaches the ionization zone, oil fume particles are quickly charged with electronic couples. Then those charged particles are attracted by plate-matrix while they are passing through the 2nd electronic filed. The purifier can reach to 95% oil fume reduction rate. Those fume particles are accumulated on the plates and dropped to the oil collection drawer in bottom slot for regular maintenance.
